01 Building Relationships and Trust
Your first 100 days as a lead pastor sets the pace for the rest of your tenure. While everything seems important at first, nothing trumps the relationships you begin to build and the trust you are establishing. 03 Conducting Effective Board Meetings
Churches are most effective through teamwork. One of the most important teams of any church is your board. John Decker will help you explore how to conduct effective meetings with the team of leaders in your church.
